What the software does not do
DispatchNode does not perform mobile waxing work or replace the person on site.
A appointment before an event is a normal mobile waxing job, and it still falls apart when the service never gets written down. Kite takes that on the first ring and holds the skin-calm window.
The private room is part of the same record. Crews should not have to call back to learn how to reach the site. Notes stay on the DispatchNode job.
Operators on the $99 Lite plan get one seat and their own phones. Local requests inside the radius they set start after the plan is paid. A company can pass any request. The street address is shown after the claim.
This site is a demo of that line for mobile waxing. The local company still does the work.
